VoIP to Reseller is an independent informational site about business telephone numbers and voice-service resale. It is not a carrier, a reseller billing platform or a provider of legal advice. It has no customer signup, payment, credit or account portal.
Some chapters link to third-party commercial services. Those links are examples of product categories, not a claim that a retail supplier grants wholesale or white-label rights. Confirm the actual agreement, supported capabilities and current terms directly with the supplier.
How we choose sources
US regulatory explanations link to FCC materials. The SIP chapter links to the IETF protocol specification. Country-document examples link to provider-published regulatory checklists and are explicitly identified as supplier guidance, not universal law.
The playbook distinguishes a legal obligation from a recommended operational practice. Where classification depends on the facts of a business model, it says so rather than inventing a blanket exemption for small businesses or resellers. It does not replace a current review by qualified counsel.
This edition was reviewed on October 25, 2026. Regulations, filing procedures and supplier document requirements can change. Reopen the cited source before using an explanation to make a filing, accept a customer or provision a number.
Prices and examples
We do not publish live supplier rates or earnings claims. The pricing chapter’s figures are labeled hypothetical and exist only to explain arithmetic. They are not market averages, a quotation or a forecast. Revenue, direct contribution and net profit are different measures.
The worked model starts with assumed monthly number charges, per-minute costs, selling prices and usage. It calculates revenue minus direct service costs, then divides that contribution by revenue. Taxes, staffing, refunds and overhead require separate inputs; the result is not take-home profit. Replace every assumption with your own contract and usage data before using the worksheet.
Site terms and privacy scope
Use the material as a general reference and verify decisions against the relevant contract, regulator and technical documentation. We do not process orders, accept identity documents or handle disputes with providers. Do not send account credentials or customer data to this site.
This build contains no analytics scripts, advertising trackers or customer forms. Hosting infrastructure may produce ordinary access logs when the site is deployed; this static build does not establish the host’s retention policy. External sites have their own policies and terms after you follow a link.
Historical account routes are retired, not a way to access a former service. The old calling-rates route points to the pricing explanation; it is not a recovered rate card. Return to the playbook for the current reference.
